Quality Bonus
Bonus will be paid based on stud wood quality starting at 100 cords. The contractor/supplier who has an average deduction (cull) lower than 2% on stud wood products will be eligible for the year-end bonus. A maximum of 25% pulp, of the total of pulp and stud delivered, will be allowed. 1$/cord bonus (from stud wood) will be deducted for every percentage higher than 25%.

Measurement
Tree length #1, #2, #3: in kilogram only. Stud wood 8', 9', 10’: stick scale only. Pulp wood: in kilograms or stick scale. Factor used in kilograms: 943kg / m3 (2000kg / cord). **Only the pulp that has 8' in length will be stick scaled. Wood with short pieces will be weight scaled only. **
Important Notes
The wood must be reasonably straight. No seams, wormholes, dead wood, forks or other species will be accepted. All trees with risk of having nails, wires or other metal products should not be cut. The butts and knots must be cut flush. All diameters are measured between the barks. The wood must not have been cut for more than 3 months. All specifications must be respected. **These notes apply to all stud wood and pulpwood products.**
